Transparency survives
Export as PNG or WebP and a transparent background stays transparent, logo included. JPG has no transparency, so those areas become white.

How do I watermark a photo?
Choose an image, type your text or pick a logo, then drag it where you want it. Adjust size and opacity, and press Add watermark to get the file.
Can I use my own logo?
Yes. Switch to Logo and choose a PNG or WebP. A transparent background works best, and the logo is never stretched — it scales by width and keeps its proportions.
Does a watermark stop image theft?
It makes casual reuse obvious and harder to pass off as someone else's, but a determined person can crop or edit any visible watermark. Treat it as a deterrent and a credit, not as protection.
